Air Powered Cars - Save The Earth With Zero Pollution Motors

For decades now, people have been searching for cleaner alternatives to today's methods of transportation. Air powered cars which is zero pollution motors are just the newest idea to hit the market, but they seem promising. Previous ideas have failed to completely deliver on the idea of clean fuel. Hybrid engines are a good start, but they still involve internal combustion which pollutes the air. Electric cars are an even better idea, but they have run into some serious technical problems. Batteries are heavy and expensive, and the cars tend to not have a very good  range or enough acceleration. Additionally, many of electric batteries pose serious problems when they have to be disposed of. Even hydrogen cars haven't proven viable so far – although they still may yet.

Air powered cars are the newest ideal and, to all appearances, the most promising. An air powered car is just what it sounds like. It is a car driven by compressed air. This might sound silly to people, but air powered toy cars have been around for a long time, so the principal has existed in theory. Trying to put it into practice is, of course, more difficult, but not as difficult as you might think. Air is extremely compressible, and a lot of energy can be stored in a relatively small area.

Best of all, air powered cars don't need to be heavy like battery powered cars do. Even highly compressed oxygen weighs very little, so an air powered car does not have to be significantly heavier than an internal combustion one. Best of all, they seem to be able to offer comparable performance. Many of them can go 500 miles without needing a recharge at speeds of up to 90 miles an hour. Not too shabby for a car that runs entirely on compressed air.

Of course air powered cars are a new technology, and the technology has not yet been perfected. One of the issues with air powered cars has to do with power boost. The first generation will probably have a small gasoline engine to generate extra boost during acceleration in the city. Eventually, however, they may get good enough so that this requirement drops out altogether. Someday, we may literally be able to run our cars on air alone. It may seem like a distant dream now, but it is possible. I for one hope that it comes sooner rather than later. After all, who knows how long the environment can afford to wait.

Alternatively, water powered car is also another form of clean energy car which you can consider

Choosing The Best Computer Speakers For You

As the owner of an electronics store specializing in audio equipment, I get asked all the time what the best computer speakers are. People are often surprised at my reply. I succeed in my business by trying to give honest answers and not automatically directing people to the most high-tech and sophisticated audio there is. As an honest salesman, I have to say there is no simple answer.

If you are an ordinary user, the best computer speakers for you might just be the ones your computer came with. Most laptops come with computer speakers that have a pretty high level of fidelity. What they don't have, however, is much bass. If you are only using your speakers for casually putting music on in the background, a little bit of gaming, or voice over IP, what you have is probably just about perfect. If you want a little bit more body, you can add a woofer to fill out the sound a little bit, but there's no need to spend a lot of money on a sophisticated audio setup.

Then again, different people have different tastes. In gamer magazines, the best multimedia computer speakers reviews consistently go to speakers with a lot of bass. It seems that gamers really like low-end power – no doubt to stimulate the sonic jar of explosions hitting nearby, or the growl of monsters in some underground dungeon. If you find big bass to be thrilling, by all means go out to your local audio store and invest in some bass. Don't make the mistake that most people do, however, of assuming that more powerful speakers are necessarily better. Having too much bass without enough mid and high range can actually distort the sound of music.

Of course, if you are a serious music listener, the way to find the best computer speakers Is to look them up in consumer reports. You can spend as much as you want on high quality audio components, and you are generally rewarded for the money you invest. Nonetheless, even if it is supposed to be the best computer speaker out there, don't buy it without listening to it first. Some speakers, for example, have too warm a sound for some users. Others feel a little bit tinny. Different audio speakers are geared towards different listeners, so there really is no one best choice. The best computer speakers, like the best music, is a matter of opinion.
